The royal family is fully in the holiday spirit, releasing a pair of new Christmas cards to mark the season.
Prince William and Princess Kate shared a new black-and-white family portrait by Josh Shinner. Their 2023 card shows the Prince and Princess of Wales, both 41, casually clad in white button-downs and jeans, matching their three kids: Prince George, 10; Princess Charlotte, 8; and Prince Louis, 5.
Meanwhile, King Charles III and Queen Camilla released their first official Christmas card as king and queen.
The photo was taken by Hugo Burnand, the official photographer of the coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla, in the Throne Room of Buckingham Palace following the coronation in May.
Their majesties are seen wearing the same clothing they donned after their coronation, including their robes of estate. King Charles III, 75, is wearing a purple silk velvet robe with gold embroidery originally worn by King George VI. Queen Camilla, 76, is wearing an original robe of estate designed by Bruce Oldfield.
Camilla is also seen in Queen Mary's crown, while Charles is wearing the imperial state crown.
Both cards were released Saturday, just a day after Princess Kate hosted the holiday special "Together At Christmas," in collaboration with The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, at Westminster Abbey. The third annual Christmas concert featured the Westminster Abbey choir performing carols with singers such as Beverley Knight, Adam Lambert, Jacob Collier, Freya Ridings and James Bay.
The program − focused on early childhood development, as with Kate's new Shaping Us awareness campaign − is set to air on the British television network ITV on Christmas Eve.
